ARBOS P5100 More power and efficiency thanks to Stage 1 tuning and AdBlue optimization

We optimized the ARBOS P5100 with the powerful 3.4-litre Kohler engine and a DENSO SH7058 ECU for a customer. The aim was to increase both performance and efficiency – and the result speaks for itself.

Stage 1 tuning: More power for the tractor

Through precise map optimization of the control unit, we have increased the original output of 110 hp to an impressive 130 hp. At the same time, the engine has been tuned to reduce fuel consumption. This means you benefit from more power without compromising on economy.

AdBlue/DEF optimization: Technical know-how for perfect results

In addition to the performance increase, we also carried out an AdBlue/DEF optimization. Special care is required here:
In order to adjust the systems correctly, both the MCM and the ACM control unit had to be read out and tuned. This precise tuning ensures that the engine runs efficiently and that annoying AdBlue error messages are a thing of the past.

The result: more power, less consumption

With the optimized Kohler engine, the ARBOS P5100 is now ideally equipped to master demanding tasks in the field or in other areas of application. The combination of higher power and lower consumption makes it the perfect partner for anyone who values efficiency and performance.
