For one of our customers, we successfully optimized the exhaust gas aftertreatment (DEF/AdBlue) of their MOROOKA MST1500VDR track dumper.
The 6.7-liter Cummins QSB engine is controlled by a SIEMENS/CONTINENTAL CM2350 control unit.
Diagnose via GENIUS and OBD
The customer has read out his Morooka with the Genius tool via the OBD interface and conveniently transmitted the generated file to us via our portal.
Precise map optimization
A precise map optimization was carried out on the basis of the data read out. The focus was on optimally adapting the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) exhaust gas aftertreatment to the requirements of the engine and the operating conditions. The result: a powerful yet efficient operation of the machine.
Optimized machine
After the adjustment, the CUMMINS QSB 6.7 engine runs reliably and without annoying AdBlue error messages – ready for any job! Thanks to the optimization, the track dumper is now perfectly equipped to master the challenges on construction sites, off-road and heavy transport tasks with ease.
