ECU tuning: BOSCH EDC17CV41 – customized
At the heart of the tuning is the BOSCH EDC17CV41 control unit, which is used in many modern VALTRA tractors. We have professionally read out and analyzed this control unit and then reprogrammed it using specially developed software. The aim: more power, fewer problems.
STAGE 1 – +38 hp extra power
With our STAGE 1 tuning, we were able to significantly increase the engine power of the VALTRA T254.
The result: +38 hp more power – the tractor now brings an impressive 313 hp to the field.
This provides noticeably more traction, better power delivery under load and more efficient work – especially when working heavy soil or pulling large implements.
DEF/AdBlue & EGR Off – fewer faults, more reliability
In addition to the performance increase, we have deactivated the following systems:
✅ EGR system deactivated – no loss of power due to exhaust gas recirculation, no coking of the intake tract, no more EGR error codes.
DEF/AdBlue system deactivated – no annoying warning messages, no expensive repairs due to system errors or crystallization in winter.
Especially in agricultural use, where robust technology is essential, this optimization not only reduces maintenance costs, but also increases the vehicle’s operational readiness.
