Wirtgen W210i asphalt and cold planer with Cummins CM2250 ECU

The world of construction machinery is constantly driven by innovation, and we at TuningFile24 are proud to be part of this movement. Today we would like to present the further development of the Wirtgen W210i asphalt milling machine, equipped with the Cummins CM2250 ECU.

What was made

What have we done to take this robust machine to the next level? We focused on three aspects. Stage 1 optimization, DPF and EGR adaptation.

Stage 1 Optimization

By fine-tuning the engine power, we were able to significantly increase the performance of the Wirtgen W210i – by 20% to be precise! This optimization not only ensures more power, but also improved engine responsiveness and an overall more pleasant driving experience.

DPF and EGR adjustment

We optimized the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) on the Wirtgen W210i. Targeted adjustments to these systems ensure that the machine not only runs cleaner, but also offers improved performance.

The results of these optimizations are impressive

The Wirtgen W210i is now more powerful and efficient than ever before. It can perform its tasks with increased efficiency while consuming less fuel. These improvements are not only good for the company, but also for the environment.
